AUDIO Driver de 200V pentru amplificatoare audio de pana la 3000W

National Semiconductor a adaugat un nou membru la familia sa de drivere de 200V pentru amplificatoare de putere. LME49810 este un singur integrat ce este inlocuitor pentru mai mult de 25 de componente discret in amplificatoarele audio de inalta putere. LME49810 contine toate etajele necesare pentru comanda unui amplificator de putere finala cu puteri de pana la 3000 W.

Acest nou si compact proiect-aplicatie de referinta include IRS20124S care este un amplificator analogic de inalta tensiune si IRF6645 DirectFET® power MOSFETs pentru un amplificator audio de putere in clasa D cu 6 canale fara radiator.
