Dimensionarea se face conform normativului rom\u00e2nesc I7 (Normativ pentru proiectarea \u0219i executarea instala\u021biilor electrice la consumatori) \u0219i standardelor conexe (SR HD 60364), respect\u00e2nd simultan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00eenc\u0103lzirea admis\u0103 a conductorului (curentul maxim admis Ib \u2264 Iz),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>condi\u021bia de protec\u021bie la suprasarcin\u0103\/SC (coordonarea cu dispozitivul de protec\u021bie: In \u2264 Iz \u0219i I2 \u2264 1,45\u00b7Iz),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c\u0103derea de tensiune admis\u0103,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>condi\u021biile de pozare \u0219i temperatura mediului,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>materialul conductorului (Cu\/Al) \u0219i num\u0103rul de conductoare \u00eenc\u0103rcate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai jos, g\u0103se\u0219ti un ghid practic, actualizat \u0219i structurat, cu referin\u021be la cerin\u021bele tipice din I7 \u0219i tabele orientative de curen\u021bi admi\u015fi pe sec\u021biuni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1757\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dioda.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/download-12-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dioda.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/download-12-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.dioda.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/download-12-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.dioda.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/download-12-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/www.dioda.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/download-12.png 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce verifici obligatoriu la dimensionare (conform I7)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Curent admisibil al conductorului \u00een condi\u021biile reale de montaj: Iz, determinat din tabele, apoi corectat cu factori (metodologia I7\/SR HD 60364-5-52).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condi\u021bia de protec\u021bie la suprasarcin\u0103:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ib (curentul sarcinii) \u2264 In (protec\u021bia) \u2264 Iz (conductorul corectat),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I2 (curentul de declan\u0219are conven\u021bional al protec\u021biei) \u2264 1,45\u00b7Iz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u0103derea de tensiune total\u0103 \u0394U admis\u0103 pe circuit:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>iluminat: de regul\u0103 max. 3% pe circuite terminale,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prize\/for\u021b\u0103: uzual 3\u20135% (valoarea exact\u0103 conform proiectului \u0219i I7),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de regul\u0103, \u00eentre punctul de m\u0103sur\u0103 \u0219i receptor s\u0103 nu dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 cca. 5% (prin uzan\u021b\u0103 local\u0103).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sec\u021biuni minime impuse:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Circuite de iluminat: min. 1,5 mm\u00b2 Cu (uzual), protejate corespunz\u0103tor,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circuite de prize\/for\u021b\u0103 mici: min. 2,5 mm\u00b2 Cu,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circuite de putere mai mare: 4 mm\u00b2 Cu \u0219i peste, \u00een func\u021bie de curent, traseu, c\u0103dere de tensiune,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru Al, sec\u021biunea minim\u0103 permis\u0103 este mai mare dec\u00e2t la Cu (consulta\u021bi I7 \u0219i fi\u0219ele de cablu).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuitatea \u0219i protec\u021bia conductorului PE:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sec\u021biunea PE conform I7\/SR HD 60364-5-54: pentru Cu, frecvent egal\u0103 cu sec\u021biunea fazei p\u00e2n\u0103 la 16 mm\u00b2; la 25\u201335 mm\u00b2 faz\u0103, PE poate fi 16 mm\u00b2; peste, PE \u2265 1\/2 din sec\u021biunea fazei (cu condi\u021bii).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metoda de pozare (referin\u021b\u0103 I7\/HD 60364-5-52):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B1\/B2: \u00een zid\/conduit,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C: pe perete,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E: \u00een aer pe t\u0103vi\/pereti\u0219oare,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D: \u00een p\u0103m\u00e2nt etc.<br \/>Fiecare are curen\u021bi admisibili diferi\u021bi \u0219i factori de corec\u021bie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Factori de corec\u021bie:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>temperatur\u0103 ambiant\u0103\/\u00een sol,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grupare (mai multe circuite apropiate),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tip izola\u021bie (PVC, XLPE), num\u0103r de conductoare \u00eenc\u0103rcate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rezistivitatea solului pentru cabluri \u00een p\u0103m\u00e2nt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formule utile pentru calcul rapid<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Putere activ\u0103 monofazat: P = U\u00b7I\u00b7cos\u03c6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Putere activ\u0103 trifazat: P = \u221a3\u00b7U\u00b7I\u00b7cos\u03c6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u0103dere de tensiune aproximativ\u0103 pe faz\u0103 (conductoare Cu):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monofazat: \u0394U \u2248 2\u00b7I\u00b7\u03c1\u00b7L \/ S<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trifazat: \u0394U \u2248 \u221a3\u00b7I\u00b7\u03c1\u00b7L \/ S<br \/>Unde \u03c1 este rezisten\u021ba la 20\u00b0C corectat\u0103 cu temperatura (pentru Cu ~ 0,0175 \u03a9\u00b7mm\u00b2\/m la 20\u00b0C; pentru Al ~ 0,0285 \u03a9\u00b7mm\u00b2\/m), L este lungimea unui sens (m), S sec\u021biunea (mm\u00b2). \u00cen practic\u0103 folose\u0219te impedan\u021bele furnizate de produc\u0103tor sau formulele din I7, aplic\u00e2nd corec\u021biile de temperatur\u0103 \u0219i frecven\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tabel orientativ curent admis (Iz) pentru conductoare din cupru 70\u00b0C (PVC), trei conductoare \u00eenc\u0103rcate, pozare tip C (pe perete, aerisire normal\u0103)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Not\u0103: Valorile sunt orientative pentru ghidaj rapid. Aplic\u0103 factorii de corec\u021bie pentru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>temperatur\u0103 ambiant\u0103 &gt; 30\u00b0C (aer) sau &gt; 20\u00b0C (sol),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grupare (mai multe cabluri \/ circuite paralele),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>num\u0103r de conductoare \u00eenc\u0103rcate (2, 3, 4),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alt\u0103 metod\u0103 de pozare (\u00een zid, \u00een tub, \u00een p\u0103m\u00e2nt).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemple rapide de selec\u021bie (conform principiilor I7)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Circuit prize apartament, 230 V, Ib \u2248 13 A, linii scurte, pozare pe perete (C), 30\u00b0C:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Propunere uzual\u0103: 2,5 mm\u00b2 Cu, protec\u021bie MCB 16 A tip C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verificare: In (16 A) \u2264 Iz (\u2265 20\u201324 A) \u2192 ok; \u0394U pe 20 m &lt; 3% \u2192 \u00een general ok.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Circuit plit\u0103 7 kW monofazat, 230 V, cos\u03c6 \u2248 1, Ib \u2248 30,4 A, 15 m, pozare C:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 mm\u00b2 Cu, protec\u021bie 32 A tip C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifici \u0394U &lt; 3% (iluminat) sau 5% (for\u021b\u0103) conform proiectului; la 15 m, 6 mm\u00b2 este de regul\u0103 adecvat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Motor trifazat 11 kW, 400 V, cos\u03c6 0,85, \u03b7 0,9, Ib \u2248 P\/(\u221a3\u00b7U\u00b7cos\u03c6\u00b7\u03b7) \u2248 11 000\/(1,732\u00b7400\u00b70,85\u00b70,9) \u2248 20,8 A, 40 m, pozare \u00een tub (B2), ambient 40\u00b0C, 3 conductoare \u00eenc\u0103rcate:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alege sec\u021biunea brut\u0103 din tabel (ex. 4\u20136 mm\u00b2 Cu), aplic\u0103 factori de corec\u021bie: temperatur\u0103, metoda B2, grupare. Probabil 6 mm\u00b2 Cu ca sec\u021biune final\u0103 pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne cu Iz corectat \u2265 In \u0219i \u0394U admis\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomand\u0103ri din I7 \u0219i bune practici<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect\u0103 sec\u021biunile minime impuse pentru circuitele terminale \u0219i alegerea MCB\/RCD conform I7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru circuite de iluminat: recomandat 1,5 mm\u00b2 Cu cu MCB 10 A; pentru prize: 2,5 mm\u00b2 Cu cu MCB 16 A (exemple uzuale \u2013 verific\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna \u0394U \u0219i condi\u021biile reale).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pentru lungimi mari, verificarea c\u0103derii de tensiune devine criteriul determinant; cre\u0219te sec\u021biunea ca s\u0103 te \u00eencadrezi \u00een limite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen instala\u021bii industriale, verific\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103lzirea \u00een regim de serviciu \u0219i curentul de pornire al motoarelor; poate fi necesar conductor mai mare \u0219i\/sau protec\u021bie tip D.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen p\u0103m\u00e2nt, folose\u0219te cabluri adecvate (ex. NAYY\/NA2XY pentru Al, NYY\/NA2XY-Cu\/Al, sau XLP\/PE), respect\u0103 ad\u00e2ncimea de pozare, pat de nisip, band\u0103 avertizoare, distan\u021be fa\u021b\u0103 de alte utilit\u0103\u021bi; ia \u00een calcul rezistivitatea solului \u0219i factorii I7.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum utilizezi corect un calculator de sec\u021biune cablu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introdu parametrii: tip curent (mono\/trifazat), putere sau curent, tensiune, lungime traseu, material conductor (Cu\/Al), metod\u0103 de pozare, temperatura ambiant\u0103, num\u0103r conductoare \u00eenc\u0103rcate, tip izola\u021bie (PVC\/XLPE), limita \u0394U admis\u0103, tipul protec\u021biei (MCB\/fuzibil) \u0219i curba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verific\u0103 rezultatul fa\u021b\u0103 de tabelele I7\/HD 60364 \u0219i fi\u0219ele produc\u0103torilor. Aplic\u0103 factorii de corec\u021bie.
