Sistemul metric folose\u0219te milimetri p\u0103tra\u021bi (mm\u00b2), \u00een timp ce sistemul nord-american folose\u0219te American Wire Gauge (AWG).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lungimea tubului metalic (mm):<\/strong> Lungimea p\u0103r\u021bii care este sertizat\u0103 pe conductor, de obicei \u00eentre 6-25 mm \u00een func\u021bie de sec\u021biunea cablului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lungimea total\u0103 (mm):<\/strong> Lungimea total\u0103 a ferulei, inclusiv gulerul izolator pentru ferulele izolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diametrul interior \u0219i exterior al tubului metalic:<\/strong> Dimensiuni critice pentru asigurarea compatibilit\u0103\u021bii cu cablul \u0219i borneul terminal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"standarde-internaionale\">Standarde interna\u021bionale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a garanta calitatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba, ferulele sunt fabricate conform unor standarde interna\u021bionale stricte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DIN 46228:<\/strong> Un standard german larg recunoscut la nivel mondial, care specific\u0103 dimensiunile, materialele \u0219i testele pentru ferule. Partea 1 acoper\u0103 ferulele neizolate, iar Partea 4 acoper\u0103 ferulele izolate. Acest standard definea\u0219c \u0219i sistemul de codificare a culorilor pentru identificarea rapid\u0103 a dimensiunilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UL 486F:<\/strong> Un standard nord-american (SUA \u0219i Canada) care acoper\u0103 cerin\u021bele de siguran\u021b\u0103 pentru ferule, asigur\u00e2nd c\u0103 acestea pot fi utilizate \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu Codul Electric Na\u021bional (NEC). Certificarea UL necesit\u0103 adesea utilizarea unui sistem complet (ferul\u0103 + unealt\u0103 de sertizare) de la acela\u0219i produc\u0103tor [10].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IEC 60947:<\/strong> Comisia Electrotehnic\u0103 Interna\u021bional\u0103 (IEC) are standarde relevante pentru conectori \u0219i terminale, care completeaz\u0103 cerin\u021bele specifice pentru ferule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DIN EN 60352-2:<\/strong> Un standard interna\u021bional crucial care define\u0219te cerin\u021bele \u0219i metodele de testare pentru conexiuni sertizate f\u0103r\u0103 cositor, servind ca referin\u021b\u0103 pentru calitate [15].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"materiale-i-construcie\">Materiale \u0219i construc\u021bie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Materialul conductor:<\/strong> Ferulele sunt fabricate de obicei din cupru electrolitic de \u00eenalt\u0103 puritate (99,9%), care este apoi cositorit (acoperit cu un strat de staniu). Pentru aplica\u021bii specializate, pot fi utilizate \u0219i alte materiale [3]:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aluminiu pentru greutate redus\u0103 \u0219i rezisten\u021b\u0103 la coroziune<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O\u021bel inoxidabil pentru rezisten\u021b\u0103 excep\u021bional\u0103 \u00een medii ostile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alam\u0103 pentru aplica\u021bii unde flexibilitatea este prioritar\u0103<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Materialul izolator:<\/strong> Gulerul izolator al ferulelor este fabricat de obicei din poliamid\u0103 (PA) sau polipropilen\u0103 (PP). Aceste materiale termoplastice ofer\u0103 o combina\u021bie excelent\u0103 de izola\u021bie electric\u0103, rezisten\u021b\u0103 mecanic\u0103 \u0219i rezisten\u021b\u0103 la temperaturi ridicate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temperaturi nominale:<\/strong> Ferulele izolate au de obicei o temperatur\u0103 nominal\u0103 de func\u021bionare de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 105\u00b0C, de\u0219i exist\u0103 variante pentru temperaturi mai ridicate \u00een func\u021bie de materialul izolator utilizat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"codificarea-prin-culori\">Codificarea prin culori<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dioda.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Ferrule_Color_Codes_1.jpg\" alt=\"Tabel cu coduri de culori\"\/><br \/><em>Tabel complet al codurilor de culori pentru ferule conform standardului german DIN 46228<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a facilita identificarea rapid\u0103 a sec\u021biunii transversale a firului, ferulele izolate folosesc sisteme de codificare a culorilor. Cu toate acestea, este esen\u021bial s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem c\u0103 aceste sisteme nu sunt universal standardizate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"principalele-sisteme-de-culori\">Principalele sisteme de culori<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standardul DIN 46228-4:<\/strong> Cel mai utilizat sistem de culori \u00een Europa, care atribuie culori specifice pentru dimensiuni metrice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ivoire\/Bej: 0.5 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alb: 0.75 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ro\u0219u: 1.0 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Albastru: 1.5 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gri: 2.5 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Galben: 4.0 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negru: 6.0 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portocaliu: 10.0 mm\u00b2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistemul francez:<\/strong> Utilizeaz\u0103 un set par\u021bial diferit de culori fa\u021b\u0103 de standardul DIN, ceea ce poate crea confuzie \u00een absen\u021ba unei verific\u0103ri atente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistemul german (Weidm\u00fcller \u0219i al\u021bi produc\u0103tori):<\/strong> Unii produc\u0103tori germani utilizeaz\u0103 propriile sisteme de codificare a culorilor, care pot varia de la standardul DIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sistemul AWG:<\/strong> Pentru ferulele dimensionate dup\u0103 sistemul american (AWG), codificarea culorilor poate diferi semnificativ de cea metric\u0103 [29].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"important-de-reinut\">Important de re\u021binut<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este crucial s\u0103 verifica\u021bi \u00eentotdeauna coresponden\u021ba dintre culoare \u0219i sec\u021biunea transversal\u0103 conform specifica\u021biilor produc\u0103torului sau informa\u021biilor de pe ambalaj. Aceast\u0103 coresponden\u021b\u0103 este critic\u0103 pentru calitatea conexiunii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fir prea sub\u021bire:<\/strong> Dac\u0103 cablul este prea mic pentru ferul\u0103, sertizarea nu va fi corect\u0103, rezult\u00e2nd o conexiune slab\u0103 care se poate deconecta sau poate prezenta rezisten\u021b\u0103 electric\u0103 crescut\u0103 [20, 29].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fir prea gros:<\/strong> Dac\u0103 cablul este prea mare, acesta nu va intra complet \u00een ferul\u0103, iar firele vor fi t\u0103iate sau deteriorate \u00een timpul inser\u0103rii [20, 29].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"verificarea-compatibilitii\">Verificarea compatibilit\u0103\u021bii<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 ce firele au fost introduse \u00een ferul\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conductorul dezizolat trebuie s\u0103 umple complet tubul metalic al ferulei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nu trebuie s\u0103 existe col\u021buri goale vizibile dup\u0103 sertizare<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00e2teva fire trebuie s\u0103 fie vizibile la cap\u0103tul ferulei [27, 29]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izola\u021bia cablului trebuie s\u0103 se opreasc\u0103 exact la baza gulerului izolator<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cletii-de-sertizare\">Cle\u0219tii de sertizare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Realizarea unei conexiuni fiabile necesit\u0103 nu doar ferula corect\u0103, ci \u0219i unealta de sertizare potrivit\u0103.
